Alma graduated the 9th grade from St. Louis School in 1938. She worked in Arthur Darman's Shop from 1940-1943 as a yarn sorter.
Paul has lived in Woonsocket all his life. He attended school at the St. Ann's Parish school where he was also a parishioner. In the year 2000 the parishes of St. Ann's, St. Louis and Our Lady of Victories merged to form All Saints Church. Paul now belongs to that parish. He attended and graduated from Our Lady of Providence Seminary in 1965 and from Rhode Island College in 1969.
Denise attended the Community College of Rhode Island in 1987. She went on to work as a nurse at Landmark Hospital.
Rose was born in St. Aime, Quebec. She and her family immigrated to Woonsocket in 1921. She worked as a riveter in the Groton Shipyard during the war. She also later worked at General Instruments.
Born on July 2, 1911 in St. Aime, Quebec, Elphege and his family immigrated to Woonsocket in 1921. He attended St. Ann's School and graduated from the 8th grade in 1926. He was a communicant of St. Ann's Church. In WWII, he served as a Navy veteran aboard the USS Alaska (1943-1945), assigned to the Pacific Theater. Elphege worked in various mills including the Argonne Worsted as a carder, Getchell & Sons, Inc. and ACS Industries as a sheet metalist.
While working at the French Worsted Leo invented a synthetic cloth scrambler which he sold to the owner for $2,000 and any accompanying royalties.
