The original Woonsocket Company Mills are still standing, making them the oldest existing mill structures in Woonsocket. In October 2017 it was announced that Paul Crimlisk, senior vice president of MCU Commercial Services, LLC, would receive $1.9 million tax credit for his plans to refurbish the mill sites. The plans may be completed by December 2018.

The site is home to the Hanora Lippitt Mills Apartments.

The Glenark Mill was renovated into apartments in 1990. The site received the 2015 Vanguard Award from the National Affordable Housing Management Association in the category “Major Rehabilitation of an Existing Rental Property.”

The site continues to be occupied by the Fairmount Manor Apartments, which were established in 1984.

In 2005, River Falls Restaurant opened in the restored rubble-stone building. The space underwent significant renovations in 2016, including the addition of an outdoor patio overlooking the Blackstone River.
